    "Excellent" (107722009)

    Location. Price. Leisure facilities

No obvious shops hearby for essential supplies, and no information available in room about where they might be.

"A sparkling reception area, with multiple check-in staff, demonstrating excellent care skills. Room and restaurant food were first-class, although more choice of dishes without bread or potato as a central ingredient would have been nice. Staff are well-trained and highly professional, anxious to meet every need. An extremely good experience." (97217817)

Very generous size room, with high quality furniture and fittings.

Excellent room, particularly the bathroom. Very good location. Quiet, but near everything.Helpful and courteous staff.

Due to re-furbishment of restaurant, breakfast was in bar. Limited hot choice at breakfast (as ever!) for vegetarians.

cleanliness, style (not out dated or in need of a revamp)

Had to queue to check in - only one member of staff on duty at Reception at a peak check in time of 1800. Also, bar staff weren't the friendliest...no smiles, just appeared to wish they were somewhere else (despite the fact that we spending a lot of money) - but they served us OK I suppose. Coffee at breakfast was awful. Choice and quality of food was good though.

The staff were very helpful which did not surprise me as I have stayed in Novotel Hotels in France" (99196331)

It was remarkably quiet for the centre of London. The room service was excellent

    Its location and modern rooms.

The bar looked a bit tired and the reception area was smokey but this should not be a problem come July 1st!!!

Most convienient accomodation in central London.N

They say they have 24hr room service but they don't.We reached Hotel past 22.30hrs ,wanted to order something to eat.Rang room service ,advised to ring Reception, when rang Reception told to ring Room service. Finally I had to go downstairs in their Restaraunt , order and wait and then bring the food upstairs my self to eat with my wife.Totally disappointing service.

Good location near Parliament, quiet, spacious well furnished room, staff mostly very helpful, close to Underground

Window could only be opened about one foot, mini bar not convelient for storing milk, wine, etc. No good restaurants within 25 Min walk, Hotel resaurant only a very expensive buffet.

"The hotels contemporaty and clean design stands out as I was not expecting this for the price we paid. The location is brillian for a night out in London. The number 3 bus which stops right outside the hotel will take you right into the heart of the west end. The resutaurant and room service menus have good vegitarian options which was a bonus, but do expect to pay hotel prices." (99980231)

It would have been nice if the hotel had notified us of there special New Year evening menu and perhaps some form of evening entertainment would have been nice for such a special night. I found all the staff very helpful and smart." (3304155625)

The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. I was impressed that there was very little noise coming from outside the hotel and also within the hotel.

I do think the room could have been a little warmer I did increase the temperature of the room thermostat but this did nothing to the coolness of the room.
