"Very good location, near to good bars and restaurants, and the shops.Very handy having parking spaces but this may be problamatic when hotel is full due to having to box cars in. Active hotels website does not facilitate the booking of children online,we had to email the hotel direct." (97702320)
Superb cooked breakfast. Very clean.Good location.
There's nothing as good as your own bed.

Friendly, accomodating, our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was well presented and very good, would highly recommended Morlea as a place to stay in LLandudno.

Very clean and comfortable. Both my partner and I felt very welcome.
Nothing, but if I was forced to pick a fault, maybe having some beans with the morning fry up would be an improvement.

"I enjoyed my stay at Morlea, the owners were polite and helpful, going out of their way to help as there was a problem with the electrics in that our first room didn't have a television working, so they arranged for two separate double rooms. The location was excellent in that it was near to all the amenities but was still in a quiet area late at night. The food was very good and overall the stay was very enjoyable. The only downside was lack of smoking facilities." (99389271)
THE ACCOMMODATION WAS CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED AND WITHIN EASY REACH OF THE SHOPS AND PROMENADE BUT STILL IN A QUIET LOCATION
Parking wasn't adequate for the larger cars, ie. Toyota Avensis!

"in general this guest house is ok for a basic stay with a good breakfast, no luxuries in the room and it would have been better if the proprietors had told us that the only room they had was on the top floor before we got there. they could not offer us any other room and did not make a discount for the small room. Parking is also a nightmare do not park close to the house but next to the pavement as you will get blocked in." (3305356019)

too many stairs to get to room 7 and 8. room on the small side for the price, but they are changing that and no doubt the price too. needs a few more homely touches and better cleaning of rooms.

"Although the hotel is not a sea front premisis this is more than compensated in the fact that the street it is on is nice and quiet which is good for Parents with kids. the beach is only one min around the corner. The price is wonderfull for the accomodation you get and the owners are very helpful. The food is good quality and your not rushed to get finished. Would i reccomend this hotel--yes and would i stay again---yes." (3305134901)

"We stayed at the Morlea for 4 nights and had a really enjoyable time. The owners of the hotel were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was clean, quiet and cosy and the breakfasts were hearty enough to ensure that we didn't need to eat again until mid-afternoon! The location was excellent, just a stroll away from restaurants, shops and the sea front. We chose the Morlea after reading the good reviews about it on the website and we were not disappointed. We would recommend the Morlea to others and would like to thank the owners for a lovely stay in Llandudno." (3305221816)

"I expected a claen room with claen bedding and plenty of towells etc. and we got them. I expected a Hotel which was handy for all Llandudno's facilities and we weren't dissappointed . It was quiet and within a short walk of the Main Streets." (3305187709)

"My boyfriend and I stayed in the 4 poster bed room (5) and it was a really lovely room. The decor was lovely - striking the right balance between clean modern and traditional cosiness. The food was lovely too, breakfast was really nice and the hotel was a lovely place to stay overall. The owners - Mr and Mrs Oliver - run the hotel themselves and they do an excellent job. Bright and airy hotel, modern and cosy, lovely sunny place to stay.
Room was lovely but was a bit cramped as room perhaps a little too small to hold a 4 poster bed.
