    "I wouldn't rush back but for a reasonably-priced one-night stay it was perfectly ok." (107706059)

    The room was clean and had good tea and coffee making facilities. A hearty vegetarian breakfast was provided on request.

    My pillow was like a rock! Our group had planned a long walk for the following day and hoped to have an early start, which admittedly we didn't mention in the booking, but we did assume a certain level of flexibilty. Breakfast was only served at 9am and we had to negotiate a slightly earlier time. To their credit they did agree to cooking for 8.15, but we would have preferred it even earlier.

    The room was nice. The staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and tidy.

    The bathroom door was a shutter, a door would have been a lot better.

    "overall the accomodation was clean and tidy, the owners were polite, considerate and welcoming. we had plenty of tea/coffee/milk in the room and clean towels and the central heating in the rooms was great. breakfast was good and getting to the shops and beach front was perfect for us. would definately stay again as just a couple but maybe struggle when my baby is a toddler due to the stairs and no gate on the front of accomodation close to the road."     welcoming and clean, close to amenties and the beach front

    poor parking, spent over a hour finding a parking space close enough because we had a baby with us and the car needed to be close by. no lift had to walk up four flights of stairs.

    Comfertable room, excellent value for money.

    Nothing, however would recomend changing board outside as pictures did not do the hotel justice.

    the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good.

    I dont know if it was the water or the milk but the tea/coffee supplied in the room didnt taste nice apart from this V/good.

    The Hotel was only a 1 minute walk from the main centre of Llandudno. Close to everything that is needed

    The hotel is advertised with a bar. In the time I stayed at the hotel, it was never open!! Don't hold your hopes up to that

    Clean & tidy, tea & coffee facilities, tv in room.

    The bathroom sink was tiny and had a cupboard over it so you couldn't wash your face in it.

    dated decor,lack of service at breakfast, cutlery missing, juice always ran out had to ask for more, toast never arrived with cooked breakfast which was a little bland in appearance and taste. ensuite door had lock hanging off towels and room were not cleaned daily

    It was close to all the amenities and the event venue (town hall)

    En suite small tired and old. No shower only old discolured bath. Cracks in tiles. Wash basin inappropriately placed (as you walk into bathroom via sliding door).

    The hotel room had recently been refurbished. The bed was new and very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom again was refurbished in December and of a good standard.

    The sofa in the bedroom was a piece of cane conservatory furniture to seat two but was not very comfortable to sit upon whilst reading a book or magazine, or watching TV. This could be improved upon in future.
