"Well located, small hotel along the seafront with lovely seaviews. Convenient parking and shops nearby. We booked this hotel for the David Essex concert at Venue Cymru and it's just a few minutes stroll away to the theatre. Approx 15-20 mins walk from Llandudno station or for the less mobile, a few mins taxi ride. The Manor Hotel provides adequately equipped, clean rooms with attentive staff - good full English breakfast included. Not suitable for guests who require lifts." (97865033)

Great seaviews from bedroom window. Friendly staff and adequately equipped clean room. Close proximity to Venue Cymru. Good full English breakfast.

No real minuses, except not suitable for more elderly guests as there is no lift.

Had I have known this I would not have booked with this hotel. Overall this hotel is ok for 2/3 nights but not for longer breaks. There is a small bar (itemised on the website) but this didn't open during our stay." (97878893)

This is a friendly and comfortable hotel. Parking could be an issue but not when I stayed, out of season. My room was clean, warm but had seen better days. However, I will stay there again because a hotel should be more than a room, and this was a good experience. The ambiance was good, the staff friendly, I was a person not a room number as you often get in so many hotels today. Good value for money.

Parking maybe an issue in season. I did not like the sliding door between shower room and bed room.

The owner offer us a free drink as compensation for our disappointment.

A deposit was taken at time of booking, which was acceptable, but the remaining balance was requested immediately we arrived at the hotel, which was strange until we saw the room(s)! The owner was very friendly; no receipt was given for our remaining payment. The condition of the stair carpet leading to our first room on the second floor contained a thousand and one stains of various sizes and colours. The landing light didn?t work, but we managed to find our room. On opening the door the room was very disappointing. The bed cover contained a large dried fluid stain. The toilet wasn?t fixed to the wall and moved when used. The door to the bathroom was a poor DIY job gone badly wrong, as it swung from a poorly fitted bracket and the door never fully closed, privacy just didn?t exist. The furniture was pink/grey and a 14inch TV sat on the window sill. Having stayed at a three star Best Western the previous night for

"The overall location of the hotel was good, a shopping area was just down the road. the layout of the downstairs and the bedrooms was well thought out. We stayed in a family room and the beds were very comfortable. The other 2 single beds were over the other side of the room and situated to allow easy access between beds and the bathroom. All areas were very clean and simply decorated. We found we had enough wardrobe and cupboard space and enjoyed central heating and tea & coffee making facilities. We had free parking and didn't find parking on the road an issue at all. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend to family & friends." (97715917)

Booking in was very quick and manager couldn't do enough to help as we had travelled to wales to attend an early wedding. He allowed us to book in and have the room key so it would be easier for us to access our room later in the day. The full cooked breakfast was much needed and cooked to perfection. Every thing was hot and cereal, toast, tea/coffee and orange juice were available.

no bad points at all concerning this hotel

We met each member of the family all of whom were happy, light-hearded, and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. Service was efficeient and the food well presented.

Great location and easy parking. Breakfast was lovely and enjoyed by all, support staff were friendly and helpful.

Kept waiting when booking in, despite being an adult on my own with 3 children I was put on the second floor and offered no assistance with taking the case containg ALL of our items in up the two steep flights of stairs. Whilst support staff were all very helpful I felt that the manager had other priorities than offering a good service to his guests.
