    "excellent! the owners of the hotle couldn't have made us feel more welcome. they were chatting and made our stay really enjoyable. its also great for childre, there were several staying while we were there and they paid them as much attention as everyone else. lovely place to stay will definatly be going back in the near future.     everything! the hotel was lovely and clean, the breakfast was wonderful and its very close to the town and the beach!

    very clean comfortable and ideally situated for the resorts amenities the accomadation was good value for money and was in the ideal location for a weekend break

    Excellent breakfast, convenient location, quiet overnight.

    On street parking nearby was convenient, but could be problem when area is busier. As a Grade 2 listed building, keeping decorations up to scratch msy be a problem for the owner, but was acceptable.

    "Good location, good parking, friendly service. Rooms very well presented and communal areas good too. Beds very comfortable, great views and good ease of access to town centre. Only issue was with the shower (as above). But I'd still stay here again!" (97341532)

    Nice sized rooms, clean and well presented

    Shower was a little small and difficult to actually shower in this due to lack of shelf for storing shampoo and shower gel and angle of the showerhead.

    "I'd noticed the Lindens Hotel in Llandudno as having a well-presented exterior on previous visits to the town and so particularly looked up the details on this occasion. I gather the current proprietors only took over last summer but they seem to have become real 'pros', taking an interest in what guests have to say and, without being intrusive or pushy, lightening the mood and helping to ensure that there is none of that awkward atmosphere there can be sometimes in the breakfast room of a hotel or B&B. Breakfast was also very well cooked and not greasy." (97432486)

    Room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped and ownners of hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

    Nothing really - maybe there could be some shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom but that's only a minor point.

    The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and was very clean and tidy. There was a freindly welcome and I am sure if I had a problem it would have been sorted out effeciently.

    Nothing really, maybe the parking was a bit tricky.

    "This is a small hotel, family run, offering good value for its bed and breakfast accommodation. The room we were allocated was clean, with plenty of storage space, even in the en suite shower room/toilet. The breakfast was excellent. It was well cooked, well presented, and hot!     The rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the public areas, particularly the dining room.

    One small criticism; the bar was unattended, needing a call on the bell for service.

    Close to everything that's needed. Comfortable and reasonably priced.

    New parking restrictions that have been applied around the hotel - nothing that the hotels can do about this, they're all in the same position but was a problem finding a space when first arrived.

    "As someone who stays in hotels 100+ nights per annum, I found my stay excellent. The owners have obviously spent a lot of time making the Lindens a positive experience. Both the owners are the perfect hosts making every effort to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Whenever I find myself in North Wales I shall make a beeline for the Lindens." (3304956804)

    "I've reviewed all the other people's negative comments again and I was warned! There is no manned reception, the bar had no license so couldn't be opened and I couldn't call this a hotel - it's a guest house! You are given a front door key and you lock the door after you come in / go out. It's a Grade II listed building which means its character has to be maintained. I wish it had been advertised as a Grade II listed guest house so I could have picked a more modern hotel with a reception." (99881950)

    Noboby seamed to be about, either behind the bar or on any sort of reception desk when I arrived to checkin which was strange! hard to ring the hotel from the lobby to get someone to check me in!

    "The owners were very friendly & helpfull regarding where to eat where to visit etc. The room was very clean, nicely furnished & adequately sized with good wardrobe & drawer space.The choice at breakfast was extensive & served quickly & hot.
