"Overall parking was the biggest issue. Maybe some information to future residents about the availability of on road parking or other options would be of help. On the whole, our stay was adequate." (97904881)

The accomodation was ideally situated for all the amenities in the town. It is very clean, and the staff are very friendly

We arrived on a particularly busy, rainy day, and found water coming through the ceiling of the room. Parking is an issue, if you arrive before 5.00pm. I know this may be a small issue, but we had problems with the keys to both our room, and the front door, which were both dodgy. The fixing in the shower came away from the wall.

Lady in charge very pleasant and helpful and overworked.Breakfast plentiful and enjoyable. Room clean but bed uncomfortable, woke up with a very sore back. reasonable price wouldnt want to pay much more. Hall wall/stairs smelt damp." (97166293)

The accomodation suited our purpose. Central to all amenities. Breakfast plentiful and nice.

Bed uncomfortable, shower hard to fathom, smell of damp on stairs/hallway.

    Cheap and clean.

The rooms were a bit dated but ideal for what we wanted cant expect anything posh for the price.

"Breakfast stated that we got a wide choice of cereals, juice, fruit and yoghurt. We only had tinned grapefruit , orange juice, same 4 cereals and no yoghurts. There was also no entertainment and we never saw anywhere to purchase drinks on an evening. Maybe its because we visited in March and these facilities are only available during the summer months but this is not stipulated in the itinery. The television in the single room was very fuzzy and could only view 3 channels. Although the room was clean it needed some finishing touches to the decor etc. The double room also needed some finishing touches and there was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put your toiletries etc." (97353814)

Friendliness of the staff and very close to all amenities

The Single bedroom was only heated by a small electric heater far too small for size of room

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Jevivore. The check in and check out were quick and pleasant. The room was large and clean. The hotel is very close to all tourist attractions- the beach, the pier, the Great Orme etc. The road which the hotel is on is quiet so no noisy traffic disrupting sleep. The bed was very confortable and clean, I slept like a log. The manager was always friendly and welcoming. He called me at 11am to say that I could check in early if I was in Llandudno, this came in really handy as I was there early and it saved carrying my bags around town. I will definately be staying here again. Thank you for my break." (107296174)

The manager was very friendly and welcoming. He even phoned me at 11am to say that the room was ready if I wanted to check in early. The hotel is in a great position, about 5 minutes walk from the pier and seafront. An unbelievable price- £23 per night is amazing.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Good location. Clean room & well laundered linen.

I felt that the decor was a little tired & in general could do with fresh decoration throughout.

It was a bit dingy in places, but represented good value for money, particularly as they were able to accommodate four of us as singles at no extra charge. The only real complaint was that the weather turned very cold, and the electric heaters in at least two of the rooms did not appear to be working." (3305390014)

"This was our second visit to the hotel,we are a family of 13, the first time was excellent the staff couldn't of done enough for us. We enjoyed going out in the town during the day and relaxing at the bar in the evening this time there was no bar. I would of liked to have known that before we booked. The only other thing is parking is dreadful, we had to park miles away." (3305417069)

I liked the hotel because it is convenient for the shops and the prominade but away from the noise at night.

The check in process was a little frosty and unwelcoming and the rooms could do with a thorough clean.

"I would classify this as a B&B Guest House not a Hotel. I would have liked to know that there was no bath just a shower facility. I would have liked to have know which floor we were on as my mother has a bad back and we had to go up 4 fligts of stairs. Also I would have liked to know that there was no parking facilities, basically it was what you could get on the street. I did notice that some across the street had parking facilities. Don't get me wrong the place was ok, but it could do with a few loving touches. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Only recommend if done up." (3305189709)

People were friendly, close to the beach, beds/laundry were clean, adequate facilities.

Adequate facilities, could do with a good clean and a lick of paint. Cups and saucers were not clean on arrival to the room, they needed to be washed before being used, same with the spoons. It may have been an over sight but this does not look good to guests. Shower basins in both rooms were stained. Fan in bathroom was clogged with fluff, you couldn't see it. One of the bathroom windows continually rattled. A good decoration and clean and it would have been good.

The shower leaked water from the pipe fittings and the tile grout was mouldy. There was only one chair in the room which was old and in need of a good clean. We consider that the Jenivore would be more suitable as a DSS hostel." (3305127922)
