A bus service to Birmingham International Airport stops opposite the hotel, whilst the railway station is just 10 minutes’ walk away. Other attractions within walking distance are The Museum of British Transport, the Belgrade Theatre, Indoor Ice Skating and Basketball Arena, the Historic Old Town and leading nightclubs. Even the tourist attractions of Warwick and Stratford can be easily accessed, such as Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Cadbury's World.

There is level access to lifts, offering access to all floors. There is also level access to all restaurants and bars. Assistance is provided and room service is available. Induction loops are provided. Unfortunately, there are no designated accessible bedrooms or bathrooms available.

Restaurants and Bars

Seating up to 150 people, with a conservatory area overlooking the Cathedral Square, Bentley’s Restaurant is the place to eat at The Britannia Hotel Coventry. The Big Britannia Breakfast, with its selection of hot and cold dishes, makes for a filling start to the day. Carvery and à la carte options are available at other meal times.

Alternatively, the hotel’s cafe-bar, Bar-Rogue, serves a range of bar snacks and meals throughout the day and evening and is a popular meeting place for tourists and locals.

- Leave at junction 21 and take the M69 towards Coventry.
- Proceed towards Coventry city centre and the ring road.

From the M1 (northbound):
- Leave at junction 17 and take the M45.
- Proceed to the A45 for Coventry city centre and the ring road.
- See below for directions from ring road.

From the M6 (southbound/northbound):
- Leave at junction 2.
- Follow signs for Coventry city centre and the ring road.
- See below for directions from the ring road.

From the M40:
- Leave at junction 15.
- Take the A46 towards Coventry city centre and the ring road.
- See below for directions from the ring road.

From the M42:
- Leave at junction 6 (for the NEC).
- Take the A45 towards Coventry city centre and the ring road.
- See below for directions from the ring road.

From the ring road:
- Leave at junction 2.
- Follow the signs for Coventry cathedral and this will lead you onto Fairfax Street.
- You will see the hotel on the right-hand side (entrance is on Swanswell).

Parking:
Pay on exit car parking is situated virtually opposite the hotel. Cox Street (long stay) is accessed by turning left at the 2nd set of traffic lights, then left again.
